Makeup artistry is more than just learning bridal or beauty makeup, and there are no shortcuts to becoming a great makeup artist. From television and film to fashion, haunts, weddings, production, retail cosmetics, salons, and even special events, anything that requires a change to a face or body needs a professionally trained makeup artist. At the L Makeup Institute, we equip our students with the necessary skills for success in the real world of makeup artistry. We believe that requires in-person, hands-on training in all styles of makeup artistry, including Beauty Makeup, Hair Styling for the Makeup Artist, Airbrush Makeup, Body Painting, Character Makeup, and Special Effects Makeup (SFX). We accomplish this by designing our curriculum and makeup artist classes to build off each other, taking your skills to new heights as you progress through your journey to graduating from our Makeup Academy as a certified makeup artist.
